THE USE OF PRESTRESSED HOLLOW CORE CONCRETE SLABS IN THE BUILDING OF STADIUMS

When the bullring in Xativa (Valencia – Spain) had to be remodelled, the architects studied different options. Finally they saw that the most economic, efficient and rapid one consisted of using of hollow core prestressed concrete slabs. The company HORVITEN VALENCIA took care of the production and placement of the prestressed concrete elements on the worksite. The Tensyland casting machine, that produces prestressed concrete joists and hollow core slabs will also be used in the building of stadiums.

CONCRETE SHOW BRASIL 2011

Prensoland was exhibiting again in the fifth edition of the Fair CONCRETESHOW which took place from the 31st of August to the 2nd of September in Sao Paulo.

During the event, we had the opportunity to show our guests our continuous casting machine TENSYLAND for the production of prestressed concrete elements, such as hollow and solid slabs, beams, etc.

The machine presented at the show had been previously acquired by the Brazilian company CPI ENGENHARIA , This Company is installing two Tensyland production lines in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro plants

Our production range not only incorporates the Tensyland machines for prestressed elements but also block making machines, machines for production of pavers, interlocks, kerbstones, etc.

From here, we want to thank all the visitors during ConcreteShow 2011.
