Technical advice service: experience sets us apart

We have a team of professionals in different areas with the aim of providing the best technological solution for each project

At Prensoland, we accompany and advise our clients in all stages of their investment. This is why we attach great importance to service and have a multilingual team of engineers, architects and technicians, ready to offer specific monitoring in all phases of the project.

Without a doubt, it is thanks to our track record based on nearly 60 years of experience in the prefabricated market that we can identify the particular requirements of each client and offer the best technological solution for their factory. And for us, every project is unique.

Because of this uniqueness, we believe in the active collaboration of the client as the key to success throughout the process; a process that is divided into the following phases:

1. Identifying the client’s requirements

It is essential to understand the client’s point of view and needs of the client in order to be able to choose, prepare and follow-up the installation as adequately as possible, and thus achieve the maximum performance.

2. Installation project

We design and produce the installation project based on the client’s needs and requirements.

3. Location study, design of plans and construction work

Once the type of installation has been defined, our Technical Department analyses the situation of the land available in order to position the machinery in the most suitable way. We then prepare the plans in order to be able to lay the foundations and civil works, and accompany the client on site in order to check that the work is progressing correctly.

4. Setting up the equipment in situ

When work on the site is complete and ready to receive machinery, our technicians will proceed to set up the equipment, both the Compacta line presses and the circuits for manufacturing blocks, cobblestones, etc., and the Tensyland casting units and equipment for manufacturing pre-stressed concrete elements.

5. Testing and commissioning

The commissioning phase is of the utmost importance in order to achieve an optimum adjustment of the installed equipment. To do this, we make certain our mechanical and electrical technical team is on site, so that, working in close cooperation with the client, they can ensure that maximum performance is achieved.

6. Specific training for the staff in operation and maintenance

Lastly, we begin the process of training the plant staff, teaching them the operation and maintenance of all the machines in order to obtain the best possible results and prolong the life of the equipment.

7. After-sales service

And once our on site intervention is finished, our technical consulting service continues at Prensoland, and is available to attend to your needs 24 hours a day, whether it be by phone, email or Skype.
